The Independent Living Apartments offered by Ashland Health Center provides a living community for older adults who want to live an independent lifestyle but need some assistance with life's daily tasks.
Living arrangements are not like a nursing home. All apartments are private. You may decorate them, as you like, hanging pictures and having your own furnishings. You may wish to tend to a garden plot.
Each apartment is furnished a stove with a cook top and oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Tenants all receive one meal a day, as part of his or her basic package, from the facility kitchen and can contract for additional meals if he or she does not want to cook own meals.
